Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

Shrimant Dagdusheth Halwai Sarvajanik Ganpati Trust strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content in our mobile application, website, or any associated services.

1. Zero Tolerance

• We do not allow content that depicts, promotes, or attempts to sexualize minors in any way.
• Any such content is immediately removed and reported to relevant legal authorities.

2. User-Generated Content

• Our app does not permit uploading or sharing of user-generated media that could include CSAE content.
• In case of any inappropriate submissions or misuse, the content will be removed, and accounts may be suspended or permanently banned.

3. Reporting Mechanism

• Users can report any suspicious or harmful content by writing to us at contact.dhgt@gmail.com.
• All reports will be reviewed promptly, and appropriate action will be taken in line with applicable laws.

4. Legal Compliance

• We comply with all applicable child protection and digital safety laws in India, including reporting obligations under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
• We cooperate with law enforcement and child protection organizations in investigating and preventing CSAE.

5. Commitment to Safety

• Our app is designed only for devotional purposes such as donations, service bookings, and accessing temple galleries.
• We remain committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and abuse-free environment for all devotees.
